The Maple Room
The Maple Room is an established Montessori Primary classroom for children ages three to six, including Kindergarteners completing the final year of the Montessori cycle. Guided by Montessori-certified educators, children engage with the full curriculum using hands-on materials that foster independence and focus. Within this mixed-age community. Kindergarteners strengthen academic skills as they step into leadership roles, and many graduates continue to Bangor Montessori School’s Lower Elementary program.
Schedule
Parents may choose to enroll your child to attend school 5 days per week from 8:30am to 2:30pm. Before and aftercare is available for primary students.
Before & Aftercare
Parents are offered the opportunity to enroll your child in the many before & aftercare options. Before care has two options - 8:00am to 8:30am or 8:00am to 9:00am. Aftercare has two options - 2:30pm to 3:30 or 2:30/4:00pm.
The time is structured, but more relaxed. Activities include group games, outdoor time, blocks/legos, crafts, and imaginative play.
